We make no representation whatsoever to the effect that our site can be accessed from outside Canada, if you are accessing our website from another country or state, make sure that doing so does not violate any laws or regulations in force in the Province of Quebec, Canada or in your own jurisdiction.
The User agrees to attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts in the district of Montreal, and to the application of the laws in force in the Province of Quebec, Canada, with respect to choice of law. We reserve the right to refuse any application. A telephone interview must be made before we will approve any new membership.
Any other use of any content of our Website - including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication (including a website, online service, private or public intranet, and local or wide area network) - without the prior written permission from the Federation is strictly prohibited.

The full payment will be taken immediately upon purchase of an annual membership. MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once the annual membership runs out, it may only be renewed after a complete review of the player’s comportment. There are no partial payments either. No exceptions.
